During November and December 2019, I gave four talks that covered the Satipatthana Sutta’s basic instructions for practicing with the Four Foundations of Mindfulness: the Body, our Preferences, the Mind, and Dharma. In addition to the audio recording of the talk, text versions and practice guides are available for three of the four talks.
