Four Foundations of Mindfulness Course
In four talks Nov. – Dec., 2019, I covered the Satipatthana Sutta’s basic instructions for practicing with the Four Foundations of Mindfulness: the Body, our Preferences, the Mind, and Dharma. Each of these talks, together with a text version and practice guides, can be found in HERE.
Like all teachings and practice opportunities, this course is offered freely on a dana basis.
One Sunday each month from November 2018 through June 2019, I offered a class about one part of the Eightfold Path and how to practice with it for the following month.

This guided meditation cultivates feelings of peace and confidence, with kindness for yourself and others. It’s also in written form under Insight Teachings/Meditation Help. Metta is essential in developing mindfulness practice.
